Overall organization

The seminar will be executed during the semester, with several plenum meetings. Extensive homework and regular communication with your tutor is expected between the meetings. The final meeting is a longer block where you will present your work.

28.04.2009   16:00 c.t.   C6 3 9.05   Kick-Off meeting: Overview about topics. Final assignment of the topics among the participants.
29.04.2009 - 26.05.2009           Read and understand the background literature. Prepare the outline of your written report and create slides for a short (about 5 min.) introductory talk about your subtopic. Meet your tutor regularly for synchronizing your work.
26.05.2009   16:00 c.t.   C6 3 9.05   Present the outline and a short overview of your topic. You will get some comments and suggestions about your slides and your presentation style.
26.05.2009 - 31.07.2009           Finalize your written report.
until 31.07.2009   24:00   email   Submit your written report.
01.08.2009 - 14.08.2009           Finalize your slides for the final presentation.
until 14.08.2009   24:00   email   Submit your presentation slides.
